Midnight Snack

Last night, we tucked John Thomas and Bryson into bed, and listened as they talked and laughed. I went to bed after they were well asleep. After I got ready this morning, I went down to make the fam some breakfast and noticed there were a couple of rice crispy treat wrappers in the trash and a tupperware bowl full of rice and veggies in the fridge. I thought nothing of it since John tends to snack late at night. John came down a bit later and told me the story behind the treats and rice. Apparently around 2:00 a.m this morning Bryson woke up and came into the bonus room(with his sidekick Bunny), jumped on the couch and just sat there sucking his thumb. Since John was a little hungry I guess he thought Bryson was too and took him downstairs for a crispy treat, some rice and milk. I can only laugh when I picture Bryson sitting on the counter with his daddy enjoying his 2 a.m. snack. No wonder he wasn't hungry at breakfast this morning. I wonder what kind of adventure they will go on tonight?!

This is my favorite picture of the infamous Bunny, with Bryson on his first birthday.
