Happy 5th Birthday John Thomas

I can't believe my first baby is 5!!!!!
An extensive entry to come as soon as I get the pics downloaded!!! (We celebrated 4 different times over the weekend)

Stats:
Birth: 8 lbs. 10 oz. and 21 inches long
5 years: 39 lbs. 2 oz. and 43.25 inches tall

He's now in the 40th percentile for weight (was below 20% before this year) and 58th percentile for height. Doctor says he should be between 5'9" and 5'10" tall as an adult :) which is exactly what they said at his 2 year appt.

A Funny From Karen!

I just got the following email from Karen...

"Aiden stuffed toys under his shirt and said look at my belly.......YOUR CHILD..... stuffed crayon under his shirt and said "look at my boobies"."

Aiden is Bryson's partner in crime, they were born a day apart and are the best of friends!

Happy Valentine's Day!

John Thomas and Bryson enjoyed Valentine's Day so much this year. They both made special treats for their classes and racked up on tons of goodies from their friends.

As spoken by the wise Bryson this morning on the way to Karen's.

I "lub" Jesus.
Jesus plays at Ms. Ker-runs.
Jesus "lubs" Mommy and Daddy and umm John Thomas, and Aiden, and Alex, and "Dudi (Judi) and Owie (Howie our dog)

And asked by John Thomas if Jesus sleeps at Karen's, Bryson said "Jesus no sleep he pray"

A Beautiful Day at the Park

I will let the pictures speak for themselves! It was beautiful here today, around 70, so we went to Heritage Park and ended up staying for over 3 hours!

On the way home today I asked John Thomas what he did at school and he said that he played, so I asked him with who and this was his response...

"Boys play with boys and girls play with girls. But I can play with you cause you're my mommy."
