Vacation Bible School 06/22/09-06/26/09

Since John Thomas has completed K4 he was able to attend Vacation Bible School this year and learn so much about Jesus. This year they focused on the story of Peter. He came home each day with crafts he had made and singing fun songs. Tonight was the commencement ceremony and each grade level got to sing 2 of the songs they had learned this week! I wasn't in the greatest spot to take pictures but he did awesome!

Not that there hasn't been plenty to blog about. I am going to catch up tonight and I have a lot of catching up to do! Hold on to your hats :)

God took the strength of a mountain,

Lake Trip

To celebrate the engagement of my "little" cousin and her "baby" sister's graduation my grandma (aka Ems) hosted us all down at the lake for the weekend! John Thomas and Bryson were both little fish and John Thomas learned to swim! Congratulations to Blair on her engagement (even though she'll be moving to London after the wedding and congrats to Beth Anne on her high school graduation! She'll be attending Clemson in the fall! GO TIGERS!

I am over the heat and it's not even technically summer yet! The boys are loving it though. It means lots of time outside playing in the water!
